Gen Z, the millennials, Husák’s children, and boomers are all looking forward to meet you in our villa in Troja. Some like fashion, others collect stuffed frogs, but it doesn’t matter because we all enjoy and inspire each other. The best part is that we do an excellent job! We respect one another and are happy to meet each other in the office.
Living in a Troja villa
If you join us, you’ll receive a Mac as well as a dose of corporate culture that will give you freedom and an opportunity to excel. You can enjoy barbecues with colleagues, Christmas and other parties, and the kind of fun that even the biggest introverts will appreciate. In addition, you get one extra week off at the turn of the year and regular massage sessions at the Fekál (yep, that’s our very own wellness facility). You’ll be allocated a budget for training. You can park your car in the street without any zone restrictions, and we’ll be happy to see your dog in the office. Working from home is a matter of course. If you’re a student, you’ll manage classes; if you’re a parent, you’ll get to pick your kids up whenever you need to. Oh, and when you celebrate your birthday, you’ll get an extra day off.
