Swell is a small, progressive development firm based in Hořice that needed to boost awareness of its results and recruit high-quality employees. What’s more, we at Boomerang spiced this up with a portion of lifestyle themes, because one of our tasks was to boost the brand’s image, profile Swell as a firm full of enthusiastic and creative people and create a community of fans who regularly consume its content. We used a palette of tools to create a functional whole, a media system for experts that did not exist on the market. We combined a website, Facebook page, a LinkedIn profile, radio spots and printed materials, including a company newspaper. That gave our posts and articles an average annual reach of 32,000 users and cut the cost of interaction with the advertising by more than half while increasing its reach.
